– ANDY PUZDER, Trump’s choice for Labor secretary, is the CEO of CKE Restaurants, an umbrella company of fast-food restaurants that includes Hardee’s. – SCOTT PRUITT, tapped to lead the Environmental Protection Agency, is Oklahoma’s attorney general and a strong critic of the agency he’s expected to run. Pruitt opposes regulations he believes strangle businesses and is in line with Trump’s plan to reduce the agency to “tidbits.” Also a climate change skeptic, Pruitt drew the most ire from liberals among Trump nominees this week. – LINDA MCMAHON is set to oversee the Small Business Administration, where the administration hopes to use her experience founding and running World Wrestling Entertainment to drive success for American businesses. – IOWA GOV. TERRY BRANSTAD, set to become the U.S. ambassador to China, could be trading the Hawkeye State’s corn fields for an office in Beijing. Branstad, whose state is a big exporter of agriculture to China, considers President Xi Jinping “an old friend.” More.
